Hartford CT based Talcott Realty Investors contracted PhotoFlight Aerial Media to create this short Commercial Real Estate Marketing video to support marketing of their prime commercial/office space in Hartford, CT.
After initial planning sessions, PhotoFlight Aerial Media Team’s mission was to create a video showcasing the asset’s location, nearby amenities, and ease of access, all that in under 2 minutes and in format hat can hold the attention of targeted audience. A Micro 4/3 SLR drone camera in two operator drone configuration was used for this project to deliver truly impressive professional shots with premium look feel. We chose to use tracking call-out labels to highlight important highways and notable nearby amenities.
This drone video is a typical example of how professional drone videography is changing the world of Real Estate Marketing.
